Londonderry on the Tred Avon is an independent-living cooperative community for adults aged 62 and up, located in Easton, Maryland on the Eastern Shore. The 29-acre campus offers a mix of cottage homes and apartments, including over 20 one- and two-bedroom cottage floor plans and five apartment layouts. Residents enjoy maintenance-free living in a village-like setting with over 1,500 feet of shoreline along the Tred Avon River, beautiful walking paths, and a vibrant social and wellness program.
